This Lee 120V 6  AMP Jam Mounted Door Switch is an all-purpose electric door switch for indoor use on sliding or hinged doors in Closets, Darkrooms, walk-in coolers/refrigerators etc.  The switch contains a normally closed contact so that the circuit will be ON when the door is open (Switch Not Depressed).  This switch is shipped in the manufacturers’ original unit boxes and contains faceplate/switch assembly, a back box with knockouts, flat head, wood,  grounding  screws and instruction sheet as shown in photograph.  Please ask any questions through eBay’s “Ask a Question”  before buying.  Thank you.
